Walking down the street, and attached to the roots, where better a place to store your keys whoever you are that lost them or doesn’t need them right now.

We fiiiiinally won a hockey game, and I even scored the winning goal!! Whoop whoop. Obviously too busy celebrating to take a photo while there, so Snoopy is my representative today, looking sparkly in the team colours.

Managed to get out for my walk and made it back just in time before it poured with rain, success.

I even managed not to eat these until I got home. Minor miracle.

Trying to keep warm in the office . . .

Both these are so ridiculous I can’t even choose between them.

Really running out of things to photograph, but I’m not always the most alert in the morning.

Enjoying a beverage in the sun after our game. But also waffles! The proper Belgian way apparently.

Not sure if this title will come through correctly or not . . . Just a casual Saturday night testing white powders. 

Finally got here for dinner. Was alright.

The bad effort is not from the sun itself but my poor attempt at taking any other photo for the day.

It may look like a wall but really it’s just the cover around the fireplace that goes through my room. And a beaded necklace hanging down from it.

My mums attempt at theming our rooms. I got Sydney Harbour bridge and me tramping.

She does help in keeping me warm but makes me feel bad every time I need to move a little bit.

How have I forgotten how delicious mango smoothies are. Although possibly better still when you know it’s fresh from a tropical island.

Just as I was about to head home the nurse handed me a vomit cup and said sometimes people get nauseous. . . . Mum did not look thrilled but thankfully not required in the least.

I mean when isn’t it jandel weather. But they’re good to protect from the spikey gravel, not so good in the rain but none of that today.

Can rely on the magnolia not to make the garden look fully desolate in winter.

Preparing my invalid food in advance and making use of the food processor to grate some cheese. 1kg in like 30 seconds, so efficient.

She’s only been in charge for a few hours and already she can’t deal with no one being home to feed her.

In the cold and dark of winter I’ve let the lime tree go a bit feral. Really need to google how to prune it back a bit.

Very different to last weekend, couldn’t see very far from the top today.

Thankfully not literally in the mangroves cos that’d be gross.

Ever since they resurfaced our road withbthe stupid stones they seem to have to constantly sweep it. So out come the cones meaning to stop people parking and they randomly brush some stuff and then repeat again in a month or two.

No doubt there’s some gems of recipes in here. One day I might get around to making one, it does promise pictures after all!

We had dolphins out the window of the office! Of course because it was dolphins they are impossible for me to capture actually on camera but I circled it to help identify . . .  I swear that people actually frolicked down to the water to get a closer look. 

Luckily I looked up from my phone a bit before I walked into this. Newly or maybe not quite so newly installed as I haven’t had time to walk for a bit.

A busy day up Mt Eden as it was pretty nice out, freezing on the dark side of the mountain. Go my shot with this helpful tree blocking the sun. 

Wasn’t much to see this morning. In theory this is a view of Mt Eden.

To be fair there was quite a pretty morning sky, but I have not really captured it through my windscreen . . .
